What we achieved

Due to the merger of the two businesses, we undertook a full search of the market and looked at various “quality” of space, above and below their budget in a variety of centre provides.

The Office Group’s Kings Cross East Side ticked all the boxes along with all the facilities and staff were exceptionally helpful.

We “pre let” a room for 24 months and were given a month of rent free so that the client could move in and be ready for occupation 2nd January 2019.
