We’re not sure we could have found a better spot. Just moments away from Leicester Square and Covent Garden tube stations and in between the restaurants, bars and theatres of both Soho and Covent Garden, we’re really excited to deliver a brilliant building here. Working with Ben Adams Architects, we’re aiming to provide a new, sophisticated and revitalised working space, inspired by the interiors of the original architect, Basil Spence (a key figure of British Modernist architecture). A second floor lounge and reception will meet members, while offices, studios, meeting rooms and breakout areas are provided on the upper floors. The building also has a second-floor terrace and outstanding views across London
